"Morgan stepped up and took on a leadership role throughout the production process. She was organised, motivated and supportive, anticipating the needs of the team and the designer.  Morgan was intuitive to the process, demonstrating common sense and an ability to multitask. She was pro-active in tech, getting the backstage area, presets and tracks organised with the team.  She was able to seek support when needed and communicated well with her team and the cast and crew".
